It has been beautiful weather here recently and because I've been working every day I haven't had the chance to head down and sit on our beautiful beaches (a crime I know!).
Something I love about 'beach houses' if they may be coastal but they are generally still inherently somebody's style, so you end up with traditional beach houses, country beach houses, global beach houses and hollywood regency beach houses. Yet they all have a certain atmosphere of relaxation and holiday fun.
So since I can't make it to the beach, I thought I'd indulge myself with some gorgeous and fun coastal homes that I wouldn't mind moving into for a holiday...
(All of these images have been pinned to my 'Beachy Keen' pinboard, so if you like these check out the other coastal homes inspiring me
here.)
Hello Anna
ReplyDeleteYou have stopped me and have me in the palms of your hand.
Now you are the puppeteer :)
I love an adore them all - what wonderful pictures and rooms.
My favourite designs in the whole world (as if you already didn't know) is coastal.
It is such an informal design - it speaks to me that it is ok to have a magazine placed down "not in the right spot".
It also says to me "come in", "would you like a drink", "what can I get you", "stay a while".
Lovely photos thanks Anna
