In touch with your wild side!

No leopard print here! I mean the wild, natural, organic side.

I spent the day at Ephemera in the Mist, a local art festival which shows 'ephemeral art' at the beautiful Paluma village in the tropical rainforest. Every art piece is made from materials found at the site, and is left to disintegrate slowly back into the rainforest. It's a beautiful concept; fleeting glimpses of an artist's work which you know will never be seen again (except through photographs which really don't capture it). I might share some photos later, but in the meantime, being in the misty rainforest all day made me think of timber, stone, leather, browns and greens.
