I have a confession. I really love vintage posters; any size, colour or style I love them all! I have a gallery wall of small Moulin Rouge ones I bought in France, and a large one pasted onto canvas in the living room. I would love to add one of the more iconic designs as well.
Here are just a few favourite rooms which incorporate posters I wanted to share...

Do you have a vintage poster of any style in your house?

Great conversation pieces!

I LOVE the examples you gave, especially that first one of the couple. I've been looking for two for my entry but haven't yet found exactly the right pieces. Thanks for sharing some inspiration!
ReplyDeleteHi Anna,
ReplyDeleteI just took a Bally print to be framed for my dining nook. Hope it looks OK there.
I love those! I have some Vintage decor in my kitchen, trying to make it all retro/diner style, but I'm still in progress.
ReplyDeleteThey are all the rage at the moment aren't they. I think I need some!
ReplyDeleteI love those Vintage posters. I wanted to do an entire room of them - a movie theme, but I just haven't gotten around to it. Next house...perhaps!
ReplyDeleteNow where can we get some prints that don't break the bank. Oh and thanks for reminding me how much I love Angie Hranowsky.
ReplyDeleteI have seen these done and look kitschy, but the way all these spaces are styled look great. I may have to incorporate vintage movie poster or two into my home.
